Being a teenager is NOT easy, and it’s harder for this generation than it has ever been. With school, sports, family, friends, extracurriculars, homework, media, and more demanding their time, it can be difficult for students to find time to work on their relationships with God, and to have one at all. At Epic Students, we challenge students to live an “epic” life, one that is, according to the definition of the word, “heroic, majestic, or impressively great.” We want students to make Christ the center of their lives, not just part of them.
We meet every Wednesday night at 7:00pm. A typical night at Epic Students will include hanging out with other students, live worship, games, a message, and break out discussion groups based on age (and sometimes gender too!). We believe that we have created an environment where students can have fun and be themselves while also building relationships with each other, the leaders, and especially with Jesus. We don’t expect students to be perfect or have it all together. We want to meet them where they are and help them grow as people and as followers of Jesus. We welcome and accepts teenagers from all backgrounds and lifestyles, and it is our desire to see each of them impacted by the life-altering love of Jesus Christ.
