At Epicenter Church we understand how overwhelming it can be visiting a church for the first time. Our goals are to make it easy for you, by making you feel comfortable, accepted and at home. We strive to reach people that are far away from God, while our methods may change, the message is constant. It’s our desire to see lives radically changed, through exposure to Jesus. We are constantly reviewing how we do what we do, to ensure we are creating an environment that is a reflection of the love of Christ.
The Clothes We Wear
Whether the disco look from the 70’s, king’s robes from the 18th century, suit and tie or just plain comfortable, our focus is on inward change, so our outward appearance is a matter of preference, our Pastor wears blue jeans.
We are thrilled that you’re joining us and want you to be focused on the service and not what you’re wearing. Some will dress up and some dress down, we want people to be who they are and how they feel the most comfortable.
Worship
We believe worship is a lifestyle; however we have specific times set aside at our services, where the intensity to communicate with God from our hearts is deliberate. We intentionally create an environment that harnesses culture’s method of multimedia. The Epicenter Worship Band will lead us in a rocking worship experience with lots of energy. Everyone is encouraged to seek God through worship in the ways they are comfortable. At Epicenter we want you to seek God from the heart.
Offering
At our services you’ll see the congregation expressing their worship of God through the giving of tithes and offerings. As a guest, please do not feel any pressure to give. This act of worship is for our regular attendees, and is an expression of what God’s doing in their lives. It allows Epicenter to reach more people in our community with the love and hope of Christ.
The Message
Every talk is prepared with hours of prayer and thoughtful consideration, by Pastor Mark and a team of synergistic individuals whose goal is to ensure the message is delivered clearly with creativity and energy to make the deepest impact on those who hear it.
